DESCRIPTION
Modified Starchis food grade starch which used for flexible viscositychemical. It's used to recompense the other viscosity chemical in freeze dessert. Suitable for meat ball or fish ball to firming ball and crisp.

It also protects to water-off in the ball and can combine with other foods such as infant food, pasteurized food, salad, pie, fried food with flour and sauce which tender viscosity.
