What's L-Aspartic Acid?

L Aspartic Acid is an organic compound, soluble in boiling water, slightly soluble in water (0.5%) at 25°C, easily soluble in dilute acid , insoluble in ethanol, ether, heated to 270°C Decomposition, it is right-handed in acid solution, left-handed in alkaline solution, and right-handed in aqueous solution.

Application of L-Aspartic Acid
