Use:
Phenylethyl is an effective whitening ingredient with strong antioxidant effects. It strongly inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and thus reduces the production of melanin.
Application:
The chemical name of phenethyl is 4-(1-phenylethyl)-1,3-benzene. It is an effective ingredient with excellent whitening effect. It mainly achieves the purpose of whitening by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase. Existing studies have shown that phenethyl can effectively whiten when used in an amount of more than 0.5%. It can also effectively resist oxidation and remove wrinkles. However, high concentrations of phenethyl can cause skin allergies when used in cosmetics. The usage limit in cosmetics is 0.5%.
