 Acetylated Distarch Adipate E1422 is a chemically modified and stabilized food starch crosslinked with adipic anhydride and esterified with acetic anhydride.Is gluten free and can be used as a stabilizer, thickener, binder, emulsifier during food and cosmetic processing
